What you'll do

• Obtain and track authorizations for pain procedures, diagnostic testing, medications, and other ordered services
• verify eligibility, benefits, and payer requirements
• review clinical documentation and coordinate missing information
• follow requests through decisions and manage denials, reconsiderations, peer-to-peer reviews, and appeals
• maintain accurate records and communicate status to patients and internal teams.
