What you'll do

• Provide L2/L3 support for 3DEXPERIENCE PLM applications and integrations
• troubleshoot production incidents, user issues, and defects
• monitor application health, performance, and data integrity
• perform root-cause analysis and preventive actions
• support EBOM, MBOM, change, configuration, and product-structure processes
• investigate integration failures and perform data validation and reconciliation
• assist with migrations, bulk loads, upgrades, patches, deployments, and environment maintenance
• manage incidents, requests, problems, and changes using ITIL processes
• participate in on-call support and critical production issue management.
