What you'll do

• Prepare Property Condition Needs Assessments and supporting documents
• research project scope
• conduct building walkthroughs covering site improvements, structure, foundations, facades, roofs, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
• interview owners, occupants, site personnel, and local officials
• photograph conditions
• research contractors and government agencies
• review repair costs, occupancy certificates, maintenance records, and inspection reports
• estimate costs to remedy deficiencies
• manage project tasks, deadlines, budgets, timelines, and milestones
• communicate progress and resolve issues across multiple projects.
