What you'll do

• Supervise operations staff and manage coaching, performance evaluations, scheduling, and training
• oversee daily programming and activities
• coordinate admissions, discharges, and transportation
• conduct resident orientation and house meetings
• review recovery plans and monitor relapse warning signs
• ensure safety and compliance
• conduct facility inspections and searches under agency policy
• collect and test urine drug screens
• respond to incidents and maintain operational documentation
• offer on-call support when needed.
