What you'll do

• Represent lenders, investors, and other parties in complex real estate financing transactions
• draft and negotiate loan and joint venture documents
• review title commitments, surveys, and recorded documents
• advise on transactions involving federal and state tax-credit programs
• support financing for commercial and residential real estate projects. Requires 7+ years of relevant legal experience, recent real estate transactional experience, experience with real estate lending and/or joint ventures, and an active bar license in the applicable jurisdiction
• tax-credit financing experience is preferred.
