What you'll do

• Perform janitorial and maintenance tasks in accordance with local building and fire codes
• clean entrances, grounds, and parking areas
• cut and edge grass and remove seasonal snow and debris
• maintain cleaning checklists and records
• vacuum, auto-scrub, wax, and buff floors
• assist with minor maintenance and ice maintenance during peak periods, short staffing, or as required.
