Memory Care Director

Memory Care Director is an onsite role in Vista, CA, paying $25 per hour. The role oversees day-to-day operations of the Memory Care Community and its programs and services for residents with cognitive impairment. The director coordinates care delivery, monitors care quality and resident needs, evaluates Memory Care staff, and leads the department’s engagement culture. The role exists to support safe, appropriate care and help residents function at their highest level while reassuring families that residents are well cared for.

What you'll do

• Direct, coordinate, and monitor care delivery
• work with team members to monitor resident care levels and quality
• oversee assessment of each resident’s care needs
• evaluate Memory Care staff
• oversee all aspects of the Memory Care department
• provide floor care as needed.
