Job overview
The Lead Network Engineer is an onsite position based in Alexandria, VA. The salary range is $155,000.00 - $195,000.00 per year. This role supports a mission-critical U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) program. This role exists to manage a diverse engineering and operations team and maintain the enterprise network environment to ensure operational readiness and modernization.
What you'll do
- Lead a cross-functional engineering and operations team of 65 personnel.
- Oversee a 24/7/365 Tier 2/3 Network Operations helpdesk.
- Approve, execute, and maintain network configurations and architectures.
- Operate and maintain dedicated test environments.
- Direct daily network operations across engineering, security, and operations branches.
