The cook prepares menu items to recipe and quality standards, supports kitchen operations, and maintains food quality and safety. The role helps deliver the center’s menu of shareable dishes and individual plates to guests.

What you'll do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• grill, fry, and use other cooking methods
• ensure proper plate presentation and food preparation
• work with fresh, from-scratch ingredients
• maintain food quality and safety
• monitor portion control and food waste
• clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces.
