The Paralegal, Approved Claims role is onsite in Syracuse, NY. Compensation is $19.25 per hour. Olinsky Law Group is a Social Security Disability law firm supporting clients with disability claims. The role tracks and manages fees due to the firm after claims are approved, coordinating fee petitions, payment status, invoices, and related client communications.

What you'll do

• Assist with preparing and managing fee petitions at state agency and federal levels
• manage the post-submission process
• maintain the CRM database
• contact district offices and payment centers to track notices, fee agreement payments, and fee petitions
• enter data and generate reports
• send invoices and manage invoice correspondence
• manage client overpayments
• call payment centers and the Social Security Administration
• answer incoming calls and client questions
• maintain confidentiality and follow firm policies.
