What you'll do

• Respond to customer inquiries and gather rental-request details
• prepare and maintain contracts, quotes, purchase orders, and records
• communicate order status and delivery changes
• coordinate equipment availability, delivery and pickup schedules, and third-party hauling
• monitor open orders
• coordinate branch transfers
• update RentalMan records
• review documents and resolve discrepancies
• support invoicing and rental closeout
• and follow safety policies and procedures.
