This role exists to foster relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in the automotive and industrial sectors. It contributes to the company by bridging technical expertise with commercial strategy to ensure bp's fuel and lubricant technologies are integrated into future designs.

What you'll do

• Act as the primary technical and commercial liaison between BP Oil UK Ltd and designated OEMs.
• Translate OEM needs into internal research and development priorities.
• Initiate and manage collaborative projects with OEMs.
• Influence OEM decisions regarding BP product adoption.
• Manage intellectual asset protection.
• Lead the testing and validation of new products.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
