What you'll do

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance and minor repairs to rental homes, facilities, utilities, irrigation, recreational amenities, and resort equipment.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, clean amenities, inspect sites before and after guest occupancy, report issues, and assist the Resort Manager with service contractors.
• Flexible scheduling may be required, and the role may respond to resort needs outside business hours while on call.
