Emergency Veterinary Client Service Representative, Weekend

What you'll do

• Welcome clients and pets with empathy
• answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient check-ins and check-outs
• process payments and explain financial transactions
• maintain accurate patient medical records
• support hospital cleanliness and organization
• and coordinate with veterinarians, technicians, and staff to support patient care.
