• Source, screen, and engage physician candidates
• develop recruitment strategies using postings, databases, campaigns, events, associations, and advertising
• coordinate candidate pipelines, interviews, and site visits
• lead, coach, and support recruitment staff
• prioritize workload and monitor progress
• oversee searches and prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and leadership updates
• maintain recruitment records and support event planning and tracking.
