What you'll do

• Prospect and generate leads
• sell the SaaS HCM platform and its payroll and workforce management solutions
• build referral relationships
• qualify and upsell current clients
• maintain CRM records, pipeline updates, and weekly activity reports
• prepare sales contracts and attend sales meetings
• conduct 30/60/90-day client follow-ups
• attend approximately one or two trade shows per year.
