The CNC Machinist role is onsite in Burbank, CA, with stated hourly ranges of $34.00 to $44.00 for Level II and $37.00 to $46.50 for Level III. The role supports Crane Aerospace & Electronics’ Burbank manufacturing operation, which produces landing and cabin systems components. The machinist sets up and operates CNC machines to produce parts that meet work-order, blueprint, and quality requirements. Accurate measurement, equipment monitoring, troubleshooting, and shift handoffs support safe, reliable manufacturing.

What you'll do

• Interpret work orders, blueprints, manufacturing orders, and machining parameters
• validate materials
• maintain specifications and troubleshoot machine issues
• monitor cutting tools and vibration
• measure finished parts using precision instruments and GD&T standards
• document and communicate work across shifts
• maintain safety, quality, cost, and on-time delivery practices.
