What you'll do

• Execute restaurant operating procedures
• maintain cleanliness, service, and food quality
• support food safety and regulatory compliance
• help train employees and identify internal Shift Lead candidates
• respond to guest questions and concerns and escalate issues to the General Manager
• assist with operational and financial performance analysis
• monitor costs and budget adherence.
