The Chef-in-Training (Restaurant Team Member) role is onsite in Philadelphia, PA, at DIG’s Rittenhouse Square location. What you'll do

• Prepare and cook vegetables, proteins, and grains using recipes
• work across kitchen stations including guest concierge and delivery/packout
• explain menu offerings and ingredients to guests
• support the team during service
• follow food-safety standards and maintain the required health grade.
