FP&A Manager

Gecko Robotics develops robots, sensors, and an AI-powered data platform to help organizations assess critical infrastructure and improve operational safety and reliability. Reporting to the VP of Finance, the manager owns financial planning and performance reporting and helps leaders make investment and operating decisions. The role builds forecasts and scenarios, explains financial results, supports fundraising and M&A, and improves planning and reporting processes as the company grows.

What you'll do

• Own the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and long-range plan
• build integrated models for revenue, margin, headcount, spending, and cash flow
• forecast revenue and cash with commercial and operations teams
• lead monthly financial reviews
• analyze customer, contract, and offering profitability
• build hiring, pricing, spending, and investment scenarios
• prepare analyses and KPI dashboards for leadership, the board, and investors
• improve planning tools and reporting
• support fundraising and M&A analysis.
