The School Age Site Lead — Dunwiddie Elementary role is onsite in Port Washington, WI. Compensation is $20–$23 per hour. The position supports the Kettle Moraine YMCA’s youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility mission through school-age childcare programming. The Site Lead coordinates high-quality before- and after-school care and related programs, supports staff and volunteers, and ensures program operations follow YMCA standards, Wisconsin licensing requirements, and safety procedures.

What you'll do

• Coordinate school-age childcare programs, including before- and after-school care, day camp, and kids’ day out
• establish program activities
• train and direct personnel and volunteers as needed
• ensure licensing, program standards, and safety procedures are followed
• maintain facilities, records, and relationships with schools, families, and agencies.
