What you'll do

• Assist the cook in preparing appetizing meal trays
• ensure appropriate equipment and utensils accompany each tray
• review tray cards to confirm food information matches the meal served
• follow posted cleaning schedules and proper sanitation methods
• follow infection-control and safety measures
• perform other duties as assigned by the Cook or Dietary Manager.
