The Human Resources Generalist — Western Recruiting & People Operations role is onsite in Henrico, VA, with a requirement to be based in the Mountain, Arizona, or Pacific time zone; it is not available to California residents. The stated base salary is $75,000–$80,000 per year. Holon Health provides whole-person care to justice-involved individuals living with substance use disorder. This role supports the growing western workforce by managing full-cycle recruiting and providing hands-on employee support. It also helps managers and new hires navigate onboarding and compliance, supports employee relations and benefits processes, backs up payroll when needed, and develops People procedures as the organization expands.

What you'll do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for western roles
• partner with hiring managers on role intake and interviews
• source and assess candidates, coordinate interviews, and extend offers
• guide onboarding and complete I-9 and E-Verify steps
• respond to employee questions and support employee relations
• maintain multistate compliance and employee records
• support benefits, leave, and People programs
• provide cross-trained payroll backup
• develop People procedures, templates, and workflows.
