SYNERGY HomeCare of Southeast Texas provides non-medical in-home support to clients. The CNA assists clients with daily needs, companionship, personal care, meals, and household tasks. The role supports clients’ quality of life and helps them remain safe and comfortable at home.

What you'll do

• Provide general non-medical assistance and companionship
• support social and mental-alertness activities
• help with grooming, dressing, meals, and light housekeeping
• accompany clients on walks, appointments, and outings
• remind clients about self-administered medication
• observe and report changes
• document services
• and protect client confidentiality.
