Kids Coach

Kids Coach is an onsite, part-time role in Henderson, NV, paying $18–$22 per hour. KidStrong helps parents build stronger, smarter, more athletic children through its milestone-focused program. The coach leads classes for children roughly 12 months to 11 years old, teaching the monthly curriculum and supporting children’s brain, physical, and character development. The role also helps parents understand the curriculum and maintains a safe, organized class environment.

What you'll do

• Coach classes of 6–15 children
• teach the curriculum provided by the headquarters programming team
• demonstrate and manage exercises
• greet children and parents or guardians
• keep classes on schedule
• maintain center cleanliness
• record class data in the coach app
• complete required training and meetings
• assist parents of children age three and younger
• and obtain certified status through the headquarters training team.
