Adult Mental Health Therapist

The therapist provides individualized assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and case management for adults and their families, including community-based individual, couples, and family therapy. The role supports continuity and quality of care through clinical documentation, collaboration, supervision, and participation in treatment and prevention programs.

What you'll do

• Provide psychotherapy, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for adults and families
• facilitate groups and complete individual counseling and assessments as needed
• provide case management and community referrals
• maintain timely and complete clinical records
• follow agency, state, and federal requirements
• participate in supervision, meetings, quality management, and treatment program development
• coordinate care with agency departments and community partners.
