What you'll do

• Manage general liability, automobile, and premises liability litigation
• draft and argue motions, pleadings, and appellate briefs
• conduct discovery, including expert and 30(b)(6) depositions
• represent clients at hearings, mediations, and arbitrations throughout South Carolina
• prepare for and lead trials
• provide legal analysis and timely reporting to insurance claims representatives.
