Inventory Technician, Transformer Testing

The Inventory Technician, Transformer Testing role is onsite in Greer, SC, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM and 40–45 hours per week. Compensation is $56,000–$73,000 per year. Maddox supplies electrical transformers to commercial and industrial markets. The technician tests and evaluates dry-type and liquid-filled transformers, documents their condition and test results, and organizes inventory. The work supports customer service and inventory readiness through equipment testing, troubleshooting, and safe material handling.

What you'll do

• Operate electrical test equipment and power tools to test, evaluate, disassemble, and troubleshoot transformers
• electronically document test results, condition, dimensions, and accessories
• operate forklifts and cranes to organize inventory and unload transformers from trucks.
