What you'll do

• Prepare cost estimates using internal cost data, vendor pricing, and labor projections
• define scopes with sales
• develop scope documents
• track opportunities in Salesforce
• coordinate project booking and scheduling after customer purchase orders
• assist with onsite scope development when needed
• source material and equipment pricing
• document assumptions, inclusions, exclusions, and risks
• compare estimates with actual costs
• support change orders, cost updates, historical analysis, and estimating process improvements.
