The Director of Education & Work-Based Learning is an onsite role based in Denver, CO, with a salary range of $70,000.00–$78,000.00 per year. This position supports the Community College of Denver's Arts, Communication, Design and Education Pathway by managing educational programs at the Loretto Heights theater facility. This role exists to lead and create work-based learning experiences for the Venue Management and Operations degree program. The director manages the academic student experience, coordinates with professional venue staff, and ensures holistic student support to advance the college's mission of community-centered programming and workforce development.
