What you'll do

• Provide daily administrative support across multiple projects
• communicate with project teams about issues and payments
• create work authorizations, agreements, and purchase orders in Procore
• review contract documents for execution accuracy and compliance
• create and track change orders
• verify approvals and lien releases
• confirm insurance requirements and certificates
• assist with pay applications and billing discrepancies
• manage waivers, mechanic liens, and preliminary notices
• prepare waivers for checks
• respond to internal inquiries.
