International Tax Manager — Remote

What you'll do

• Review individual and corporate international tax engagements and foreign reporting
• handle compliance matters involving Forms 5471, FinCEN Form 114, 8938, 3520, 3520-A, and 8621
• research and interpret U.S. tax treaties
• participate in client consultations on cross-border transactions and entity structures
• review staff and senior work and provide coaching and feedback.
