• Support webinars, customer events, and engagement campaigns
• create and distribute customer communications and promotional content
• assist with customer learning, certification, and advocacy programs
• organize customer stories and marketing assets
• contribute to reporting and AI-driven marketing initiatives
• and collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales.
