What you'll do

• Support the Bankruptcy & Restructuring practice
• draft and negotiate forbearance agreements, bankruptcy plans, and corporate documents
• make regular court appearances in bankruptcy proceedings, receiverships, and related litigation
• represent borrowers in financing transactions
• prepare motions, briefs, plans, other bankruptcy documents, expert reports, and mediation statements.
