What you'll do

• Serve as the primary triage nurse for after-hours patient and family calls, assessing needs and coordinating appropriate care
• Evaluate physical, emotional, social, and spiritual factors impacting patient and family well-being
• Communicate proactively with attending physicians, team members, and partner agencies
• Perform clinical pronouncements of death and provide compassionate support to families
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.

What we're looking for

Education

Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program

Experience

Minimum two years of professional nursing experience
