Dance Enrichment Leader

The Dance Enrichment Leader role is onsite at elementary schools across the Bay Area, with compensation of $50–$65 per class. What you'll do

• Lead and manage classes of 8–16 students ages 5–10
• teach dance forms suited to elementary school children
• attend up to two days of unpaid training or shadowing
• transport and set up necessary equipment
• take attendance and manage student sign-in and sign-out
• communicate with parents and school staff as needed
• provide constructive feedback on student progress
• capture photos during sessions.

Why this role

Classes run 1–1.5 hours, starting between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Work two or more days per week, up to 2–5 hours weekly. Must be at least 19 and have a high school diploma or equivalent; dance teaching or performance experience is preferred but not required.
