What you'll do

• Prepare patients for exercise and pharmacological stress tests
• obtain and document medical history, symptoms, medications, and vital signs
• apply and monitor ECG leads and cardiac equipment
• conduct treadmill stress tests under established protocols
• assist physicians and advanced practice providers
• monitor patient responses and recognize distress or emergencies
• monitor blood pressure and interpret ECGs during procedures
• document results in the electronic medical record
• check equipment and report maintenance concerns
• follow HIPAA, OSHA, infection control, and patient safety standards
• collaborate with clinical and administrative staff.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or GED, current BLS certification, and at least one year of relevant cardiovascular experience. Certified Cardiographic Technician and Certified EKG Technician credentials are preferred.
