What you'll do
- Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues
- complete general repairs and resident work orders
- maintain curb appeal
- prepare units for occupancy, including painting, carpet cleaning, and cleaning
- conduct quarterly preventive maintenance checks
- assist neighboring properties
- obtain supplies from area vendors
- report health and safety concerns
- attend required training.
