What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end billing platform stability and availability across residential, small business, commercial, enterprise, and wholesale services
• ensure accurate rating, invoicing, bill generation, and delivery
• maintain order-to-bill triggers and billing data integrity with Product and Engineering
• oversee payment integrations and vendor relationships
• monitor payment failures and exceptions
• support reconciliation and financial accuracy.
