What you'll do

• Support daily living activities, personal care, and household routines
• encourage independence, personal choice, and individual goals
• assist with meals, hygiene, grooming, dressing, and mobility as needed
• support community activities, appointments, recreation, and social opportunities
• support health, safety, and medication routines when trained and authorized
• maintain documentation and communicate with the team
• protect individual dignity, privacy, and rights.
