What you'll do

• Perform yard checks and trailer maintenance inspections to PGT and DOT standards
• document and report damage to trailers and loads
• follow the claim process
• reconcile equipment and manage securement inventory
• ensure loads are covered and tarps secured
• assist drivers during seating and tarping as needed
• complete weekly forklift check sheets and cycle counts
• inspect securement devices
• conduct driver safety audits
• clear seasonal snow and ice
• maintain a clean, safe yard.
