What you'll do

• Provide advanced technical support
• troubleshoot software, hardware, networking, and system integration issues
• reproduce and document software defects
• partner with engineering on solutions
• develop troubleshooting procedures, test plans, and technical documentation
• integrate and validate software on product hardware
• maintain knowledge databases and support records
• collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, field service, and customers
• support field service and customer deployments as needed.
