What you'll do

• Welcome and assist guests
• respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and through other channels
• process reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately
• provide information about accommodations, amenities, dining, recreation, events, and services
• address concerns and complaints and escalate when needed
• maintain knowledge of resort services, promotions, events, and policies
• provide directions and recommendations
• communicate special requests to other departments
• maintain guest and reservation records
• assist with front desk operations and keep the guest service area organized.
