What you'll do

• Lead construction and job-cost accounting
• prepare work-in-progress schedules and percentage-of-completion revenue recognition
• oversee project costs, change orders, progress billing, retainage, and lien waivers
• manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, general ledger, and reconciliations
• develop controls, budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow projections
• coordinate with auditors, sureties, and banks
• support ESOP valuation and employee-owner communications
• and mentor accounting staff.
