The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis role is hybrid in Irving, TX, with four days in the office and one remote day each week; compensation is not specified. The director partners with Sales, Operations, and executive leaders to guide financial decisions, improve planning and reporting, and support profitable growth through analysis, forecasts, and team leadership.

What you'll do

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to Sales, Operations, and executive leadership
• lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts
• analyze pricing, product mix, costs, capacity, and investments to improve margins
• own financial reporting, variance analysis, and KPI management
• develop dashboards, reporting tools, and financial models
• present results and recommendations to leaders
• improve FP&A processes and planning accuracy
• manage, coach, and develop the finance team while contributing hands-on analysis.
