What you'll do

• Create and manage project plans, resource plans, reports, risk and issue logs, and meeting minutes
• serve as the primary client contact for project milestones, filings, approvals, permits, and municipal updates
• deliver services within timelines and budgets
• coordinate project activities and schedules
• prepare client status reports
• document meetings and correspondence
• follow standard operating procedures
• act as the project’s primary contact across internal departments
• maintain internal status updates for billing
• identify and mitigate risks
• attend project meetings and calls
• support departmental and organizational goals.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree and seven or more years of comparable project management experience, including construction, architecture, engineering, or real estate development experience. NYC Department of Buildings Class 2 Code & Zoning Representative License or ability to meet requirements to obtain it upon hire is required; PMP certification is preferred.
