The Senior Manager, Global Supply Management role is onsite in Mountain View, CA, with an annual salary range of $178,600–$241,600. Aeva develops 4D LiDAR-on-chip perception systems for autonomous vehicles, industrial automation, robotics, and mobility applications. This leader builds and executes global sourcing strategies for hardware commodities, strengthening supplier relationships, cost competitiveness, capacity, quality, and supply resilience as Aeva scales products into production. The role partners across engineering, operations, manufacturing, finance, quality, and program management.

What you'll do

• Develop sourcing strategies and lead supplier selection, technical evaluations, and negotiations
• negotiate supply, pricing, tooling, capacity, development, intellectual-property, and contract-manufacturing agreements
• manage product-cost targets and cost roadmaps
• develop dual-sourcing, geographic-diversification, and risk-mitigation strategies
• assess supplier financial health, readiness, capacity, and geopolitical risks
• lead supplier business reviews and performance management.
