Direct Support Professional (DSP)

What you'll do

• Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities according to care plans
• assist with grooming, bathing, hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, outings, errands, and medication administration
• maintain documentation
• report concerns or status changes
• support skill training, socialization, recreation, and community resource use
• assist with mobility and safety.
