What you'll do

• Create a safe, nurturing, engaging learning environment
• build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
• plan and implement developmentally appropriate play-based activities
• encourage children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
• help children develop independence, confidence, and problem-solving skills
• collaborate with the teaching team and center leadership
• maintain an organized classroom and follow program policies and Nebraska childcare licensing requirements.
