What you'll do

• Assist members with cash and negotiable-instrument transactions
• sell credit union products and services
• coach tellers
• train and monitor teller work and coordinate activities
• assist with questionable transactions and cash drawer balancing
• balance cash drawers and daily transactions
• assist the Teller Manager with daily operations and staff development
• welcome members and direct them to appropriate departments
• balance Visa, MasterCard, and money order sales to the general ledger.
